Simply put, the physical connection works, but I couldn’t get the CAN data to transfer. ---

I also use Motoscan but this one used OBD2 to communicate via the K-Line wire you see in the picture of my connector above. It’s for diagnostics (as the name suggests) and it’s… slow. So not usable for a dashboard. To use CAN you don’t just need a file or a particular configuration. You need to have the CAN wires wired into your plug. In my opinion, this is not the case. Just like on my bmw bike. I’m sorry, but I don’t think you understand. It’s not a software problem, it’s a hardware problem.
