How do you do this effect in Realdash?

Does anyone know how to do this effect in RealDash, both the lighting effect on the number and the effect of the numbers as a counter going up or down as indicated by the red arrow on the screen?

Thank you very much, this would be a good start, can I create these images in CorelDraw with a vignette or lighting effect?

Now just the numbers running from bottom to top and top to bottom, I haven’t been able to figure out how to do it yet

You may have to create an xml file for that for moving an image. I do not know how to do that.
