PIP , Live Video?

Is it possible to have a Video container that launches an .APK ?
This .APK would be a IPTV app. So basically having streaming TV in a small window within the Dash layout ?

I have a DUAL screen setup, this is NOT for use in Main screen, passenger use only.

Launching an another app on Android can be done with an action, but it is not possible to make the app run inside RealDash UI element.
