Triggers and actions will be either included in dashboard (.rd) file, or in garage settings (global triggers and actions), which both can be uploaded to MRD. ---

ok, thanks, good to have you back from vacation. I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much from MRD sync. I would ideally like to have the option to edit dashes and change any settings etc on Windows and following a sync on the in car android unit everything is reflected as per the windows instance exactly. ---

You can do that, but you have to manually upload/download the dash/settings files.
