I have altered the original playback file in the RD GitHub and posted it in my Git. which seems to work well with all logs from a can dump (picanplayback)
I have also made a script that will allow you to enter a log file and it will allow you to see the original output as well as the human readable values returned , then gives you an option to save the output to an Excel Spreadsheet. (log converter)
