And TRIPPMETER B, but nevertheless I could not achieve the transmission of a button press and the action “reset trip A data” or “reset trip B data”.
I understand that actions can not be transferred?
So far I have gotten out of position by sending DUMMY … a variable to multicast.
it worked.
But it would be nice to convey actions too …
If you change a value with an action and that value is multicasted from that device, all other instances will receive the modified value. Actually multicasting the action itself to be ran on another instance is currently not possible with current multicast implementation and would require huge rewrites and would add a lot of complexity to the multicast networking.
