Suggestion to add labels or units as prefix or postfix to text value gauges and have an option to adjust percentage font size relative number values. Have the units (e.g. km/h to mph) to automatically change also.
Just use two text gauges, another for the value and another for the units. Units text gauges are already automatically changing the units text.
