ive been using this bottom tier tablet for months to protoype and learn how to design dashboards. Its been working for several months without a hitch. I also have a USB hub (J5 icreate JCA374) to alow the use of a keyboard and mouse. Ive been using that this entire time too.

However today for some odd reason, the app will not load. Unless I re install it.

Ill be honest, i really truly do not belive its app related (atleast I dont think) because if i unplug the hub the app loads and launches fine. Plug it back in kills the app. I did several tests. And have narrowed it down to the hub, but i dont understand after months and months of use today it decided to this. I checled settings because I did use the power shutdown feature to shutdown the app, and i changed those to no avail. Im not sure what the issue is. Wondering if its a ME problem or something changed recenlty in the app that doesnt like.

Im running android 14 and currently using the keyboard, and mouse no problem. Realdash seems to be the only app effected. Hence why I am not 100% sure its the USB hub.

This could be related to 2.4.3 update that added support for USB cameras. The way RealDash handles USB connections have been changed because of that.

We did test with one USB hub while developing as that allowed us to use 3 USB cameras at the same time, but we did not try keyboard and mouse with it. I will run some tests if I could reproduce the issue.

First, verify that you have latest version 2.4.3-3 installed to your device as there were (unrelated to USB) crash bug on first releases.

yes, I do have the latest version. I actually uninstalled and re installed the app, and have I do infact have 2.4.3-3. I tried another usb hub, and it also did the same thing. I did notice the USB camera thing too when I was hunting for what happened. Thanks for looking into this.
