App start on charge does not work on Android 10

I can’t start the app automatically when I turn on the cell phone charger, but it automatically turns off when I turn off the cell phone charger.

I have noticed that some Android 10 devices do not send the charger changed event when app is closed. This is due the Android security systems and I don’t think there is much we can do about it.
