Best way to scale the whole dash?

Hi, What is the safest way to increase my whole dash size. I just need it to be bigger as I have lots of space all around it. It would just look nicer bigger. From other post it seems it’s an aspect ratio issue. I just don’t know the safest way to do it on windows 10.
