BLE connection with custom RX and TX characteristics

Hi. I have developed a device to improve some characteristics of the car. This device communicates with the mobile application via BLE. But it uses custom characteristics and services UUID for this (don’t ask me why). If I change them to values for Nordic UART service (NUS), the RealDash application works fine and allows you to detect the device (both on Android and iOS). The problem is that I did not provide for Nordic firmware updates in the device (because all logic placed in another MCU) and it is impossible to change сharacteristics. I really want to expand the functionality of my device so that I and my users can connect RealDash. Is it possible to add custom characteristics and services to RealDash for work? For now i have about 400 users of my device. I will be grateful for any answer.

Yes it is. What are the characteristics that need to be added? Also, you would need to use your time to help testing on actual device.
