I want the rpm gauge to move left to right, but also up and down with the throttle percentage. It’s the same logic as on the orginal 84-89 300zx. This video is a good example.

Can be done.
- First make a RPM gauge normally showing the full scale.
- Then make another gauge attached to Throttle Position, which is basically a ‘mask’ that drops down and hides part of the RPM bars when throttle is up.
