I think I just found a bug 
that if I select multiple gauges, I cannot center, center horizontally nor center vertically. I had to do it one by one.
It seems to work for me. Note that when centering with multiple gauges selected, the centering happens relative to the gauge that was last selected. If you want to center relative to the screen, you have to do that one-by-one.
