allow advanced users to change the values of any ID

for example, a 2009 Volkswagen Polo PQ25 car with an automatic transmission
if you stop the engine but the key is in the on position, then the engine speed freezes (the last transmitted value) and you need to write a trigger if the key is in position 1, then the engine speed is 0

This is too risky. If used wrong it causes problems that are very difficult and time consuming to figure out.

You could make a custom value for RPM of this vehicle and use input mapping from custom value to RPM.
