Combine weekday and date in one field and center it

Is there a possibility to combine the weekday and the date in one field, so that I can center the whole text?

I would like to display e.g. “Thursday, 02.11.2023” in the middle of a speed gauge.

Unfortunately no, but I think you can get a decent result by using two text gauges and aligning left one to right and right one to left.
