I’m having a problem:
I downloaded the app; I purchased the “full version” on the apple store.
I am using a VEEPEAK OBDCheck BLE bluetooth scanner.
I can ADD the connection no problem.
I check to see that I am connected and I am.
However, when I run “Detect Protocols”, after it runs the detection it returns “SUPPORTED PROTOCOLS: NONE 
”
What am I doing wrong?

I try to use both, but currently we have been flooded with emails so going thru them is slow
