Contradicting ECU info

Hi guys

Have any of you had contradicting information/incorrect info on your dash?

I’ve 2 of the same inputs on both my tablet and my phone and they are showing 2 different values.

Also my phone shows oil pressure but my tablet doesn’t.

Some sort of a configuration thing. Temperatures seem to be Fahrenheit on the bottom image and Celsius on the top. Oil pressure could be mapped differently on ‘Settings->Units & Values->Input Mapping’.

What ECU and connection type? I’m guessing Megasquirt and in connection settings there is different option for ‘Incoming Temperature Units’

I think you could be right! I feel stupid.

It is a new tablet and i did mess with settings but must have missed this.

Vipec/Link as per my previous topic.

Any idea on the oil pressure then? Maybe units again and showing zero?

Check the input mapping option on each device that they match:

  • Go to ‘Settings->Units & Values’ and tap to second page
  • See the list of input mappings if there is something related to Engine Oil Pressure.
