Could someone help me? I have a button configured—let’s call it Button 1—and I need it to do the following: when I’m on the “Map” tab, pressing Button 1 opens the navigation; however, when I’m on the “Trip” tab, pressing Button 1 resets the trip data. Can anyone help me set this up so the button functions differently for each of those tabs?

You do have to create triggers and actions for this dashboard to achieve that. Warning though, our premium dashboards will be difficult to modify as they have complicated animation systems that may get broken while editing the dashboard.

The other day, while exploring realdash, i saw a New Action Type called Reset Current Trip and Reset Trip A. Got me wondering, if i used a wired button sent to RealDash - could i make it reset trip A when ever i pressed this button?
(Maybe O.P. can default to this if it becomes too difficult to make his 1 button do different actions based on which tab he is in)
Sure you can. If RealDash receives the button press, you can use a trigger to read that button value has changed to 1 and then trigger and action to reset the trip.
