I added some custom intro images on a Windows install and I cannot remove them. I delete them and they come back.
Ok, could be a bug, I will check.
Edit: Confirmed, its a bug affecting Win10 only. Will be fixed to next release.
An uninstall/reinstall removes them as a work around.
