dual output display

Hi,

I’ve been trying to implement two displays in my car. The current dashboard, and the second being a tablet showing different information. I have been trying to do this using two bluetooth dongles each running RD. But this is not possible because data collision happens on the bus side of things. What’s needed is a bluetooth dongle controller that has two antennae’s that can parse traffic requests. I don’t think that exists. Maybe an opportunity for a chip designer?

Which leads me to this question.
The raspberry PI has two outputs. They currently mirror the display. Is it possible to add control in RD to display two different screens and direct each to one of the display outputs?

Thanks
Frank

Do you read realdash wiki?
Check data multicast.

Doing a google search on “realdash wiki” didn’t turn up anything. Do you have a link?
