I’m working on a dash for my car. Realdash running on an orangepi 5 running their port of android 12. I’ve got everything functional but I can’t get the canbus data to work correctly. Ve tried a bunch of different settings on both realdash and on the emu but ant figure out the right combination. Research on it has suggested multiple different solutions, and none of them have worked. Any thoughts? I’d prefer to run this hard wired rather than over Bluetooth if possible.
- Verify is that you are receiving CAN frames. Go to connection settings and tap ‘CAN Monitor’ button to see if you are receiving data.
- Choose correct CAN XML file to describe the CAN frames for RealDash. The built-in Ecumaster file should work, but ECU may need to be configured to output the CAN data.
