I’ll keep this short.

I want the ability to have use all three editing levels and have an “indicator background” image and the option to make them perfectly circular with the same parameters as and arc with the option to have the indicators pointing to the center.

I don’t get it either. You need to draw a concept or something to better understand what you are trying to achieve.
