enumerating com ports in windows 10

I think there is a problem when connecting via com port
As you can see from attached image I have 4 coms on this pc

but in realdash I can only see 2 ports and the name is the machine name, not the com port, so it is impossible to select the right port

I have the same problem on windows 10 LTSC and windows 10 professional

I also add that if I select the first port in the list, when i go back I find that the selected port is always the last one in the list, not the one I choose. (Maybe because all the ports have the same name and the software can not recognize/select them correctly)
