Filed to parse channel description file (Windows 10)

Hello,

I have Windows 10 Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041 and RealDash v1.8.0.

When I try to “Load Custom Channel Description file” from the link below I get “Filed to parse channel description file”.

Do you know what is the issue and how to fix it?

The text file may be saved in a encoding that is not working. Double check that all the contents of XML is in your file and file is save as ANSI or UTF-8 text file.

It worked, thank you!

My problem was that I was adding the device as OBD2->Bluetooth instead of Analyzers->OBDLink->Bluetooth.
