Fuel-it! Ethanol sensor Bluetooth

Hi everyone, I’m working on my Subaru STI setup and I wanted to know if it’s possible to display ethanol content data from a Fuel-It Bluetooth ethanol analyzer directly in RealDash.

My setup currently uses OBD2 with RealDash, and I’d like to monitor ethanol percentage (E content) live on the dashboard if possible.

Has anyone successfully integrated a Fuel-It Bluetooth sensor with RealDash?

  • Does RealDash support it directly?
  • Would I need a custom CAN/OBD PID or external app bridge?
  • Any recommended workaround?

Thanks in advance for any help or examples

I would guess not, as I have never heard about it. If it is a standalone Bluetooth device, It probably needs the manufactures proprietary protocol to connect and receive data from it.

Hey just adding my +1 to this request. These are super popular modules, they have a basic android app to connect to the sensor, it would be awesome to be able to add this to RD.

The sensor does have a 0-5V output but it would be easier to just connect over bluetooth, if anyone has tried, chime in!

Wondering if connecting my zeitronix zt2 via usbc hardwire is possible to read lambda, boost, etc.
