Hardware recommendations - DID1

Hi everyone, my first post here!
I’m swapping an OM648 engine into a W463 G class.

The ECU that im using is DID1 by Baldur. In can transmit all the data through CAN. Im planing to keep the original speedometer.

I need realdash to display only the data received by the DID1. (Rpm, temps, boost, etc)

I bought 2 round diplays to install into the existing cluster.
3.4 Inch Round TFT LCD Display Dual 800x800 Wisecoco

What is the best hardware to run realdash?
Raspberry pi, windows pc, something else? If windows is ok, I have a M2 ATX power supply from my carputer days.

Also what is the best can reader to get? (Aliexpress if possible)

I use an android but I believe most people use a raspberry pi setup, I think with Linux or Android as the operating system.

Android for most users. Linux is also good for DIY/tweaker types.

What hardware do you suggest? Can it support custom resolution and two screens- 800x800.

For the can reader - i bought canable v1 pro from aliexpress.
