How do i import a RD dash to my windows?

I have the files uploaded to my realdash cloud suscription, but I can’t get to import it, it’s grey when I click on edit/file/import from myrealdash

And you are logged in? Verify that you are in RealDash app:

  • Go to ‘Settings->User’
  • Enter your My RealDash credentials to log in and activate full features.
