I’ve tried to upload an XML file but it only shows the first couple lines. What am I doing wrong? Just trying to see if anyone can see a problem with my XML.
Don’t see anything obviously wrong with it. The signed=“false” and endianess=“little” are not necessary as those are the default values.
When connected, go to ‘Settings->Application->Debug->Debug Data View’ to verify that you are receiving your custom values.

Yes, Everything is showing up in the debug view. I can see the 125kbs changing as I try turn signals, high beam, etc. Again 500kbs shows zeroes even though in the Can monitor values change. Quite strange I have to say.
On a side note thinking that RD may have gotten corrupted I deleted and re-installed the latest version of RD the other day. No change.

I also just tried a couple other tests. When setting the 500 kbs canbus adapter
to other settings like 125kbs or even 100 kbs the canbus keeps scrolling in the canbus monitor view. I even tried setting the 125kbs can bus to 500 kbs to see if that changed and it still scrolls the messages and still shows changes when I use turn signals and the things on the 123 kbs. I’m thinking that from what you said I should not see canbus messages if I change those settings, Correct?
Yes, you should not if adapter has invalid CAN bus speed selected. I do not know your hardware/adapter setup, but can’t remember any CAN adapters being ‘automatically’ configured.
I’m using Seeed Studio usb to can adapters. Set at 200000. Although using the program to internally set them you can only set the 200000 not the canbus speed in the adapter itself. I did not try doing it with the canbus being fed into it while I was using the Seeed adapter programming tool.
