I’m not exactly sure what the issue is, maybe its the translation. Could you try to explain in more detail.
All our premium dashboards and all other content are available to our My RealDash subscribers. After uninstall/install you do need to re-enter your credentials to RealDash ‘Settings->User’.
If your credentials does not work, verify that you can log in into my.realdash.net with same credentials.
Thanks for the quick and comprehensive answer. I’m sorry for causing confusion with the incorrect translation. Actually, I took a dashboard from the gallery and installed it, that’s where the problems came from. So everything works perfectly after I installed the latest version of RealDash from 20.01.2025
