now can not import any RD file in Android and Windows version

The import option in file menu has never been able to import .rd (dashboard) files. It is used to import the animation XML file into the dashboard. This is required on Win10 even when you have the animation file in same folder with .rd (with _anim postfix), as Windows do not allow to open files unless user has specifically opened it with file manager.
