Increased fuel consumption after installing a digital panel with realdash

Is it possible to change some configuration in realdash and this configuration changes the engine’s fuel consumption for more consumption, because after I installed the digital panel with realdash the fuel consumption increased, I use arduino my car does not have a CAN network, the possibility of some configuration in realdash having increased the fuel consumption

Unless you send a command, no it shouldn’t increase fuel consumption. Are you sure it’s increased and that the formula isn’t incorrect? I believe on a different post they’ve mentioned that fuel level is calculated differently by every car manufacturer.

There is one related setting in Garage:

Garage->Tap Vehicle Name->Fuel Consumption Correction Factor

Are you saying that the engine is consuming more fuel, or the measurement in Realdash?
