Do you mean range minimum at Input & Values? Tried that but seems to work for me.
Yes in Input & Values. For me the minimum value has no effect.
I tried Indicator cluster with RPM input having a range of 3000-8000, and first indicator on cluster lits up at 3000. Could give more details of your test setup?
