I have not been able to reproduce the issue, i’m still trying, but occationally the intro screen repeats, when it does if you go to the application setting you can see the image file has been duplicated or sometimes even appears 3 or more times in the list. I removed the duplicated, but after some “thing” they reappear. I’ll keep checking to see what action causes the duplicate to appear.
