Invalid email address or passwords on android tablet

hello I took the RealDashSingle User subscription
24,00 € on your site but I can’t log in to my account on my android tablet, on the internet it works but not on the tablet.

  1. Make sure you have a valid Internet connection when logging in, at least for the first time.
  2. Do you get an error message or something that could help with troubleshooting?

internet connection and ok on the tablet when I set my email address and password I just get the error message “invalid email address or password” whereas when I connect to my account with the pc on the internet no problem.

I believe that this is a simple issue of wrong password. Try changing your password to something that has no special characters that may be difficult to get right on the tablet virtual keyboard.

After several months of stopping, I try to connect my account on my Lenovo 8 tablet and it’s not possible. When I try from Google, it works. When I click on log in, there’s no need to access.

Thanks for your patience. We found a bug on our server that could cause exactly this: some passwords with special characters, such as %, worked on the website but were rejected when logging in from the RealDash app.

This is now fixed. Please try logging in on your tablet again with your current password.
