iOS OBD2 ECU Reader

Hi, the app looks great but it does not connect to my ECU bluetooth adaptoper Vgate iCar Pro 2S Bluetooth OBD2 Diagnostic Tool for iOS . in the car scanner app it works perfectly. im using ios.

if the issue is from the adaptoer please suggest one of the following: Vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) OBD2 or Veepeak OBDCheck BLE Bluetooth 4.0 OBD2 Scanner Adapter for iOS & Android its the only 2 i can access other than icar pro 2s

On BLE, certain characteristics of the device must be known and hardcoded to the app. Some even require approval from Apples hardware program.

We have in our testing rounds for iOS:

  • OBDLink MX+
  • Vgate VLinker FS
  • Kiwi 3

Unfortunately we are unable to test them all unless manufacturer sends us samples.
