With each update of the realdash app, there are more and more problems, and the usb also asks for an xml file. How did you solve the usb problem?
At the same XML problem for me.
Anybody solve that popup? It comes with every boot.
The USB permission popup comes from the Android OS. If the USB device VID and PID is not in ‘known USB devices’ list, the popup appears every time (depending on Android version).
I use Waveshare USB to CAN a adapter. Name shown Usb Serial.
If you have given RealDash a permission to use USB device, I do not know why its asking the permission every time. The Waveshare adapter should be in supported devices list.
Can you tell me where to find the android file in the directory so that I don’t have to ask for the device name every time I connect my arduino?
Its called ‘device_filter.xml’ in res/xml/
