Location of Definition files

Hello,

where is the location of definiation files on windows? I can’t see them and repository git-hub shows last checkout of link was 2 years ago

for Link ECU I see Link Short and Link Generic Stream but in Repository I only see link_ecu_short.xml and displaylink.xml.

when I look at link short file, it doesn’t align with link ecu stream packet of data on how link is sennding the data . for instane in frame id 1 and endianess big, has 6 values sent where on link frame 1 only 3 sensor value are sent and all are little endians yet this works so leadingg me to belive repository may be out of date

They seem to be up to date. There are two CAN XML files for Link ECU:

  • DisplayLink
  • Short Datastream

Entire CAN output of the Link ECU can be customized, so your setup may send something else, I do not know.

thanks, when i look at the realdash interface I only see Link: Short Can and Link: Generic Dash Stream so how are they linking to what is on repo?

is Short Can in realdash software using Short Data Stream ?
How about Generic Dash Stream
