Lost dash reporting of high voltage, low voltage, speedometer on canbus input

Been running my Realdash in my Mustang EV conversion for over a year now with no issues. Then yesterday no data on dash from my 500 canbus input. Everything on the 125 works fine showing door ajar, brake indicator etc.
I am seeing all the canbus messages scrolling in RD but no readings on the dash, just zeroes. Checked everything I can check physically and things change within RD canbus checking window as far as 500 canbus but again indicators don’t work on the 500 canbus. Anyone any thoughts.

Did this happen on a app update? Sounds like CAN connection XML is not loaded properly, have you tried to re-import your CAN XML file?

Thank you for the response.

Actually no, it happened out of nowhere. Everything was working great for the last year and a half, then went to McDonald’s for a Coke and when I came out and turned the key on and the 500kbs side quit working, the 125kbs was still working fine. Never did any updates as it was working fine and I don’t do updates if I’m happy with what is working fine for me.

If you see the data in CAN monitor, it has to be some sort of issue loading the XML file.

Android may do some “cleanup” for the filesystem for time to time and delete files without any interaction. Or just revoke apps for a permission to access external files. For first, I recommend just re-importing the XML file to the connection settings.

Hi, I’m actually using a Windows 10 mini computer in my car. I also tried using a different windows 10 laptop in the car with my cars connections and the same issue. I’m attaching another 500kbs xml to see if you can see any issue with it.
I’m sure if standard frame or extended frame has anything to do with it but I’ve tried both.

Thanks again for the help.
