Multiple canbus connections

So I’m trying to work my way through the real dash setup for my car. I’m running a holley terminator x max. But I also want to integrate the non-holley aspects of the car. Primarily source inputs for the turn signal indicators, high beams, fuel level, and maybe doors/trunk/exc. I believe we can have more than one connection to real dash. So would it be possible to use a USB canbus adapter to adapt the holley data, then use a second usb to connect to a arduino to interpret some of these data points and pass them along as a canbus message?

you could try arduino or I run on a raspberry pi so I can use the GPIO pins.

Want to stay with the android head unit I have. Already designed and printed a mount for it. Also don’t want the boot time involved in the pi.

Sure, we use up to 4 simultaneous connections without any issues (ECU, PDM, TPMS, LED Controller).
