Can anyone help.

My ecu uses audio jack type not obd2. Real dash recognises the usb connection. Does not transfer the data. How to I know which option I pick in the connections page. It is an autotronic cable from ecu to vga. I have an ionic android tablet which has 2 x vga coms cable and usb.

It is the Autronic sm4

And you have selected ‘Autronic’ as connection type? Only thing that comes to mind is the serial connection baud rate setting. Check the Autronic manuals of the correct baud rate setting.
