New entry: fuel cut-off activated.

Tell us in more detail what it is used for and how to use it?

Its depends how your fuel consumption is calculated. If your fuel consumption is calculated from MAF g/s then you need this “Fuel Cut Active On” to get right fuel consumption value when you are in coast “engine brake” and your ecu is in fuel cut mode. MAF will always show how much air will go thru the engine even if the engine is in fuel cut mode and that’s why fuel consumption gauge will show some value to l/100km. If you tell when your engine is in fuel cut then the fuel consumption gauge will show zero when the engine is coat and also your average fuel consumption is more accurate.

Those. in other words, is it a flag for the complete closure of injectors?
When the nozzles are closed “v” = 1,
If the nozzles are open “v” = 0,
Did I understand correctly?

This new value has targetId of 406 (not yet in documentation). If it is set to non-zero, the fuel consumption calculations are set to 0.
