Is anyone here clever enough to replicate this? or at least the tach?

i can probably get it done in couple of hours but need higher def photos, this gif is not clear enough to get it close to the actual design

Thanks, looks like it is hard to find.

Might have to go with a McLaren F1 tachometer.
