OBDLink SX not connecting Windows 10

Good morning everyone. I have a Carpc and have been successfully using DashCommand for almost 10 years. It has no issue connecting with my ODBLink SX USB. I recently found out about RealDash and thought I would give it a try. RealDash sees my OBDLink, allows me to select Baud rate, however when I go into the dashboard it doesn’t connect, it attempts to do so.

I do have an OBDLink SX cable and it seems to connect to OBD2 emulator just fine. Could it be that RealDash does not detect your vehicle protocol automatically? Try using the OBD monitor in connection settings to check if commands are going thru to your vehicle.
