Older android tab powerfull enough?

I want to buy this tablet but i’m unsure if the specs are up to par with the performance demands of real dash. the android os version is slightly above the minimum but it’s the processing power i’m concerned with. maybe someone will know

I would recommend getting a more tablet with never Android. We are constantly pushed by development to move to higher API levels, and there is no guarantee of how long the we can support the 4.x
