Pointer created in Corel 2022 crazy

I made a porter in Corel, I loaded it into the Realdash image folder, but when creating a needle gauge, the pointer does not turn in the center of the needle, but in the center of the drawing, as in the video.

The center of the asset is where the needle gauge rotates.

thanks, but how do I change this png center, in corel or realdash

You can not. When you create the needle PNG the center of the PNG is where the needed rotates from. So if you created a needle and it takes up the whole space it’ll rotate as you did.

The needle img has the center on the outside when it should be in the center of the PNG file.

How can I solve this?

By authoring your needle image correctly. For performance reasons images are always rotated around its center. Downside is that it wastes some memory as needle images typically will leave lot of empty space below the needle.

Here is an example of valid needle image:

needle_orange03

Download it to see how rotation point of the needle is exactly at the middle of the image canvas.

Congratulations, cool, it’s possible to create a needle like this, what program can I use? For example: I get an image of a needle from the internet and when I cut out this image, I leave a larger part at the bottom so that I can center it. I don’t understand how to do this. Once the bottom part is gone, I remove the background, leaving only the needle. This would be it.

I even managed to do it but there was this shadow that doesn’t come off, even the image I downloaded has this shadow

Increase your image canvas to have at least 1 pixel empty space on left and right.

Thank you very much for your help, I got it.
