I purchased a dashboard and in the middle of the work Realdash dont like to open it again. Message: This premium Dashboard is not bought for this user.
What is wrong? (Windows Realdash).

Please check that you are logged in into Windows with same user account that you made purchases with. Check the Microsoft store that it recognizes your account properly.

Only thing I can think of is that there is a problem with connectivity to Microsoft store. You may need to re-enter your account credentials again to some Windows settings (it has happened).
Otherwise, there is nothing much we can do about it as Microsoft does not allow us to handle any payment information. You have to ask Microsoft for support and/or possible refunds.
