Hey, is RP 3B enought for RealDash on Debian ?
I have problem that its laggy and wont work smooth 
Raspi 3B is on the limit to run RD at 60fps. It can be achieved but you have to have at least 2gb of memory and allocate lot of memory to GPU with raspi-config. We have only tested with Raspbian OS, so if you are using something else it could be a driver etc problem.

How is RD performance with Pi4 ?
Its ok-ish. Runs at pretty constant 30 to 60 fps. Will slow down if there is a lot of transparent layers as Pi Linux GPU drivers are not very good at that. Android on Lineage OS is fine with constant 60 fps.
