No. Only way to connect to Adaptronic ECU is to use CAN adapter.
What can analyzer would you recommend best to be used for adaptronic and real dash use?

USB adapters generally connect a bit faster than wireless ones, but there is no big difference on frame throughput per second. Although, you may need USB for charging, so then a Bluetooth adapter is a good choise.
