Hi, i want to use RealDash from android. Which cable do You recommend for ecu connection via OBD2? I do not want to connect via bluetooth but over serial cable, best would be if it support charging also.
We use and like the OBD2 adapters from OBDLink (obdlink.com). Their SX USB adapter is very nice quality piece.
As for charging, there is no guaranteed solution. Some people have had success with USB hubs to allow simultaneous comms and charging, but it also seems to depend on the device.
