We appreciate your input reporting problems and bugs in RealDash. Please report your findings in this forum.
If problem is not obvious, try to provide steps on how to reproduce the problem. This will help us to fix the problem quicker. Attach a dashboard or other file that may help us to pinpoint the problem.
Please be considerate with your requests. Do not ask us to troubleshoot custom hardware/software setups as it would require us to build the same setup for testing and we just do not have resources to do that. We cannot make speculative fixes based on a hunch of what might be wrong.
